  • In the Matter of West Windsor Township (Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, 2015-2018) – represent West Windsor Township in an action in which the trial court approved a municipal fair share plan and granted a judgment of compliance and repose protecting the Township from builder’s remedy litigation.

  • In the Matter of the Application of Hamilton Township (Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, 2015-2019) – represent Hamilton Township in an action in which the trial court approved a municipal fair share plan and granted a judgment of compliance and repose protecting the Township from builder’s remedy litigation.

  • Old Orchard Village Homeowner’s Association v. Princeton Planning Board and 900 Herrontown Princeton, LP (Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Mercer County, 2020) – successfully represented the Planning Board in a challenge to the approval for the 900 Herrontown Road affordable housing project.

  • Aurora Financial Group v. Connell (Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, 2020) - successfully challenged a motion to release surplus funds from a foreclosure sale to the property owner and secured an order providing that the funds be paid to Hamilton Township for its Affordable Housing Trust Fund.

  • Township of West Windsor v. Pereira Investment Corp. (Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Mercer County, 2020) – successfully settled condemnation of property to be developed with significant affordable housing component.
