Martina Baillie concentrates on municipal and land use matters, including litigation. She also handles a variety of transactional matters for private clients, including commercial real estate, land use, and litigation. Ms. Baillie was previously an associate with the law firms of Sullivan & Cromwell, LLP, and Fried, Frank, Harris Shriver & Jacobson, LLP in New York City. She brings 10 years of experience in transactional and litigation matters, including commercial real estate, financial institutions, and complex state and federal regulatory and compliance matters.
